- Base access request form Exhibit F Wage Determination Statement of Work Solicitation The Maryland Air National Guard 2701 Eastern Blvd. Baltimore Md. 21220 is seeking the Contractors that can remove by demolition of exterior insulated metal wall panel system of the Engine I & R Facility bldg 3010 and replacement through installation of a 2½" Centria Versawall Insulated Metal Panel System or approved equal product. This solicitation is 100 % set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. The disclosure of magnitude for this project will be between $100,000 and $250,000 IAW FAR 36.204(c). All firms or individuals responding must be registered on line at the System for Award Management (SAM). All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. You may download the solicitation from FBO and email your quote. Faxes will not be accepted. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Payment will be made by electronic transfer using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Basis of award will be low bid. Parties interested in attending a site visit ( gate location is 11 Lynbrook rd Baltimore Md 21220) on 17 May 2017 @ 1000 AM should submit the attached vendor Access to MSGT Frank Harris at the listed e-mail address by 3PM on 12 May 2017.
