- This procurement will be issued as A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one year option years. The part being procured is Cabin, window for NSN 1560-01-240-7004; Approved Sources Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE 78286, Airborne Industries CAGE 66860, W&G Machine 33682 Estimated Annual Quantity of 287 each; Government First Article test required of 2 EA ; Delivery of the production quantity is 216 DARO.FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is May 30, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
