- Description
- This contract will require professional aerospace, mechanical, and metallurgical engineering services and related work in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of this contract. This includes furnishing labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, ordering supplies, and incidentals. Under the direction of the USDA Forest Service Fire and Aviation Management Office, and through the issuing of individual task orders, the contractor shall perform: analyses; studies; prepare engineering reports; prepare specifications and plans concerning aviation management; reviews for compliance and approval on aircraft certification in accordance with regulatory requirements (i.e. airworthiness, fatigue and damage tolerance analyses, instructions for continued airworthiness, etc.); aviation safety analyses; maintenance of data.
