- Seeking SDVOSB, VOSB, Small or Large Business which can meet minimum requirements as per SOR below for Columbia, MO VAMC. ***NOTE: THIS IS ONLY FOR SOURCES SOUGHT NO AWARD WILL BE MADE FROM THIS POSTING*** Please respond to email: paul.dixon@va.gov by close date 05-11-2017 @ 0700 am CST. STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS The Columbia, MO VAMC, is requesting vendors to provide the following items as below. The Columbia VAMC requires Stryker Trauma Drill Cordless Driver 4 (CD4) & accessories (attachments, storage/sterilization case, batteries & charger) Brand Name or Equal. Any information submitted by an offeror for consideration will not be returned and will remain the property of the VA. All costs associated with submitting the above are the responsibility of the Contractor and all information provided must be submitted to the Contracting Officer. The contractor shall provide at minimum salient characteristics as stated below: Cordless Driver (battery operated) which allow for interchangeable attachments to be able to pin, drill, cut and ream Ergonomically designed Must have quick connect design Attachments include: AO Small Drill Pin Collet (.078" -.125" Diameter) Wire Collet (0.28" - 0.71" Diameter) 1/4" Drill Chuck with Key 5/32" Drill Chuck 1/4" Reamer Chuck with Key Accessories include: Sterilization/storage case Universal Battery Charger Sterilizable/Sterrad SmartLiFE Small Batteries ***Brand Name requested or review by Harry S.
