- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFP-solicitation issue date 05/22/2017 and respond due date 06/22/2017. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 67557139; and solicit as Unrestricted for approved sources of supply that retain data rights. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-17-R-1026 was issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1680-01-503-0650, Bar, Fries for 7 each. Item suitable for competitive acquisition, requires engineering source approval by the control activity. Item is Critical Application. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety as verified on the CSI lists on May 9, 2017. Item is not Commercial, neither is Export Control. Item acquire in accordance with Part Number-9032590-10 with approved source Cage 0F5W6 and/or Part Number-A100396-101 with approved source Cage 622B7 requirements. Request delivery objective is 260 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
