Pursuant to the requirements of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), Competition in Contracting Act of 1984 (CICA) as implemented by FAR Subpart 6.3, and in Accordance with (IAW) the requirements of FAR subpart 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency Requirements, we issue this Justification and Approval for ICE Diversity Training.
