The purpose of this amendment is to address questions and answers for the requirement. Question and Answers: Question 1: For the Building 2, Chapel entrance door requirement, where does the door hardware\mechanism(s) utilized to open the doors need to be facing? Answer: The hardware shall be on the outside of the Chapel entrance, the same side as the hallway leading to the Chapel. Question 2: For the Building 2, Chapel entrance door requirement, where does the door actuators need to be placed, on the sides of the doors or overhead? Answer: The actuators need to be placed overhead. Meaning the actuators would be above the door frame. Question 3: Do the building 100 O.R. doors have panic switches? Answer: No they do not. Question 4: Will you post the sign-in sheet for the site visit? Answer: Yes, a redacted version is attached to this amendment.
