- Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply contract to provide a cooling loop system for the 350 test cell Dyno to reduce single pass cooling water that is sent to the Industrial Water Treatment Plant (IWTP). A purchase description will be provided upon release of the solicitation. The contract will be a one-time procurement. The procurement will be a 100% small business set-aside under the 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 333415-Air-Conditioning and Warm Air heating Equipment and Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is for this NAICS code is 1250 and the product code/service code is 4120. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. The place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-17-R-0037 will be released on or about 17 May 2017, with a closing date on or about 16 June 2017. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
