- The purpose of this CLIN Structure Overview is to show the contractor an overview of CLINs and quantities that were updated and capture the changes to avoid any confusion. This is the most current PWS with 'tracked changes' to indicate to contractors what was updated from the original PWS dtd 23 Mar 2017. The purpose of this document is to provide answers to contractor questions that were asked via email to Government. This is the conformed copy of solicitation with all the revisions and updates as specified in SF 30 amendment 0001. Contractor is to use this document to propose prices for each CLIN and submit this document in place of originally solicitation document. This is amendment 0001. Contractor is to review changes and sign amendment and submit with their proposal. The purpose of this amendment 0001 to solicitation FA4610-17-R-0011 is the following: 1. Amend PWS dtd 23 Mar 2017 with PWS dtd 4 May 2017 2. Adjust quantities on CLINs X005 and X006 3. Replace CLIN X006 Corrosion Control with CLIN X006 Other Test Refurbishment 4th Fire 4. NOTE: Corrosion Control Services (formally CLIN X006) is still a requirement and called out in para. 1.3 of PWS, the CLIN has just been removed and is still considered part of Launch Support Services. 5. Provide answers to contractor questions as related to solicitation 6. Add CLINs X007 (other tests materials) and X008 (other tests after hour support). 7. Extend proposal due date to 31 May 2017. 8. Give contractor an overview sheet of CLINs and quantities that were updated to match amendment 0001
