- The pupose of this Amendment is to provide answers to questions submitted. Question 1: Do you have any drawings or floor plans of Bldg. 1387? The scope of work refers to furniture plans and detailed drawings. Will you be posting these plans on FEDBIZOPS? Answer 1: We do have drawings of the room in which the data and telephone cable installation will be performed. However, we will not be posting them on FBO. During the mandatory walk through, copies of the drawings will be handed out to potential Contractors and retrieved at the end of the tour. Contractors will not be able to keep these drawings. At the mandatory walk through, all Contractors will be given an opportunity to measure the space and take notes for the purposes of preparing an official quote to the Government. Question 2: Do you require pre-registration in order to participate in the site survey 5/18. Answer 2: Please meet at the Sunkist Gate at 13:00 on 18 May 2017. Someone will meet you there and transport you to the building for the walk through. I will need the number of employees attending the walk through along with their full names. Please also confirm your company name, DBA name (if applicable), and CAGE code. Question 3: The information states that a walk thru is scheduled for next week on the 18th. What do we need to do to attend? What is required? Our technicians name, identification type etc.? Where should he go? Visitor center?
