- Attachment - PPQ and Ratings Data Sheet Attachment - Graph and Area Maps Solicitation - Includes the PWS and Evaluation Criteria The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, Contracting Division, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204 is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to procure services for Terrestrial Weed Treatment by Cut Stump and Direct Spot Application, in Lane County, OR. This solicitation is a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 561730. The Willamette Valley Project (WVP), Portland District, Army Corps of Engineers requires manual and chemical control of woody plants on dams it administers in Lane County, Oregon. The main project office is located at 40386 W Boundary Road Lowell, OR 970452. This effort is part of a comprehensive Integrated Vegetation Management program intended to limit damage to public lands and infrastructure caused by undesirable plants. Woody species can damage earth-fill dams and interfere with dam safety surveillance. This contract calls for cut stump treatment of hardwood tree species and spot spraying blackberry on dam faces at Blue River, Fall Creek, Lookout Point, Dexter, Hills Creek, and Dorena Reservoirs. This covers approximately 130 acres. Reference the Performance Work Statement in the solicitation for further details.
