- This is a sources sought notice to determine the availability and capability of small business concerns to provide the service outlined in the attached draft statement of work. This notice is being posted for market research purposes only and shall not be construed as an invitation for bid (IFB), a request for proposal (RFP), or any other form of solicitation to contract for these services. This notice shall further not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with responding to this source sought. Any response received will not receive consideration or evaluation as a proposal or quote. Responses shall include the following information:  -company name, DUNS, and cage code  -mailing address  -point of contact (to include phone and e-mail address)  -web site  -business size and status (i.e. large, small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, HubZone, service disabled veteran owned, or 8(a)) under NAICS 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning  -a description of your company's ability to provide the service in its entirety, as outlined in the attached SOW Parties interested in future announcements on this procurement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and any applicable certifications to clearly meet the stated requirements. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. Responses should be addressed by email only to kelli.lightfoot@ars.usda.gov by NLT COB 05/26/2017.
