- This solicitation SPE4A6-17-X-1035 WAS CREATED TO REPLACE, SPE4A6-17-X-0520 P.R. 1000054197, WHICH WAS INADVERTENTLY DELETED. NSN 3100-00-740-6467 (BEARING WASHER THRUST: HELICOPTER, CHINOOK: CH-47); A technical data package is available; requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://ric1sc025. dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. The solicitation issue date is January 31, 2017. This solicitation will result in an IDPO with a three-year base period and two, one year option periods with a minimum quantity of 626 each and an estimated annual quantity of 2798 each. The required delivery schedule is 280 days ARO, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered, Via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. This solicitation includes provision 52.215 ‐ 9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system to self ‐ register and review the available training tools at: dla.Procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
