- Solicitation for the Carmen Creek Bridge Components Purchase of Deck Components and Hardware for the: Salmon-Challis National Forest General Information Document Type: K - Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation Type: RFQ Posted Date: 05/10/2017 Response Date: 05/25/2017 NAICS Code: 321114 Set-Aside None Solicitation No.: AG-02NV-S-17-0097 Contracting Office Address U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, R-4 IDAWY Acquisition Center, 1405 Hollipark Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401 Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective January 31, 2017. Quotes are being solicited by the USDA, Forest Service from eligible firms for the purchase of Deck Components and Hardware for the Salmon-Challis National Forest. This will be for a new purchase of the following items below: Treated Glue Laminated Timbers Running Planks Hardware Package Offerors shall submit pricing for each known line item identified. Pricing shall also include delivery of items to the North Fork Ranger District Office, Salmon Challis National Forest, 11 Casey Road, North Fork, Idaho, 83466. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Vendors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management database (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a response to this announcement which will be considered by this agency. Delivery Date: Items shall be delivered on or before July 31, 2017.
