Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is HSCG4517-Q-JT895. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 332311 with a small business size standard of 750.00 employees. This requirement is a [Small Business] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. USCG BASE KODIAK DETACHMENT VALDEZ, VALDEZ ALASKA requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: HANDI HUT 6-3WSH WITH "HISTORICAL" ROOF: Structure Shelter Bus to accommodate 12-14 15FT X 7FT 5 HISTORICAL ROOF ALUMINUM 6063-T52, DARK BRONZE ANODIZE, GLAZING 1/4" CLEAR TEMPERED GLASS, GABLE ROOF FOUR SIDED RIGHT AND LEFT FRONT OPENING BENCH/BACKREST: EXTRUDED ALUMINUM PN: 6-3WSH COMPANY NAME: HANDI-HUT INC Preferred exact match, Cost Consideration will be reviewed on all late delivery, Method of payment EFT. THE AWARD WILL BE BASED ON THE BEST VALUE TO THE GOVERNMENT, CONSIDERING PRICE AND DELIVERY DATE. Delivery: 895 WEST HANAGITA, VALDEZ ALASKA 99686, 1, EA New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of Solicitation period. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination OCONUS (Alaska), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. As prescribed in 9.108-5(a), insert the following provision: Prohibition On Contracting With Inverted Domestic Corporations--Representation (Nov 2015) (a) Definitions. ?Inverted domestic corporation? and ?subsidiary? have the meaning given in the clause of this contract entitled Prohibition on Contracting with Inverted Domestic Corporations (52.209-10).
