- Description
- 1. Purpose: The Wyoming Army National Guard is seeking sources for the purchase of billboard advertising across the State of Wyoming. 2. Description of Supplies/Services: a. Locations: Vendor must provide nine total billboards on primary routes of travel in the following locations within Wyoming: -Cheyenne (2 billboards for Cheyenne only) -Laramie -Casper -Rock Springs -Gillette -Rawlins -Sheridan -Buffalo b. Timeline: Advertisements will run continuously for a period no less than 24 weeks beginning no later than June 15, 2017. Alternative date proposals must be submitted to and approved by the WY ARNG RRB marketing department. c. Size: Billboard Dimensions are approximately 12 feet high x 40 feet wide +/- 2 feet. Alternate dimension proposals must be submitted to and approved by WYARNG RRB marketing department. d. Artwork: WYARNG RRB Marketing will be the sole provider of all graphics and artwork for billboard ads. An example of intended type of Ad is attached to this sources sought notification. The production, install, and maintenance of the advertisement will be the responsibility of the vendor. e. Proof of Work: Vendor will be responsible for providing Proof Of Work in the form of photos of completed installs and removals of advertisements.
