- NSN LIST FOR SPE4A2-17-R-0020 Solicitation SPE4A2-17-R-0020 will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The RFP contains 6 NSN'S which are listed in Attachment 1 to this notice. This is a 100% small business set -aside solicitation for AMC/AMSC 1G items which are fully competitive (drawings will be provided). The contract will be effective for a one year base period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract for four one-year option periods. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin for all 6 NSN's. Freight shall be delivered FOB Destination for all 6 NSN's on this RFP. All estimated annual quantities, along with the minimum and maximum delivery order quantities will be included in the solicitation document. Evaluation and award will be done on a line by line basis. 5 NSN's include First Article Testing requirements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be May 25, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
