- Proctor Security System_Solicitation_W9126G-17-T-0105 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561621. Size standard: $20.5 Million. The resulting contract will be firm fixed price, stand-alone (P-Type) contract. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated. Only one offer will be made by the government. Project Information: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to provide and install new security system equipment, provide monitoring, and maintenance of security system, as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Proctor Lake, Texas. The resultant contract will be one twelve (12) month base period, and two twelve (12) month option periods.
