- Antilles HS JCLC Island Venture 2017 Performance Work Statement (PWS) Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Boy Scouts of America to support 600 Cadets encampment and meals for the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) during the period 11 June 2017 through 16 June 2017. The requirement is to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform meals, lodging, and training facilities for the US Army JROTC JCLC Island Venture 2017 as defined in the Performance Work Statement for the camp duration. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clean and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 16 May 2017, 8:00 a.m. Eastern Standard (EST) time, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 16 May 2017, 8:00 a.m. EST at MICC - Fort Knox, to Ranetta DeRamos at ranetta.m.deramos.civ@mail.mil Responses shall include the following: 1.
