- Draft PWS RFI The Strategic Sourcing Acquisition Division (SSAD) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Silver Spring, MD, on behalf of the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), is conducting market research in an effort to identify all potential industry sources with the capabilties to provide NOAA IT Enterprise Services Decision Support. This is not a Solicitation, this is a Request for Information only and does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future. Responses to this RFI are due no later than 11:00am, May 24, 2017. Responses shall be sent via email to Tiarra Leysath, Contract Specialist, tiarra.leysath@noaa.gov.
