Experience Questionnaire Idaho Wage Determination 95-0228 Request for Quotes Idaho Workers' Compensation Insurance Certification Orogrande Maps This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is AG-02RC-S-17-0114 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set-aside with an associated NAICS code of 115310. The small business size standard is $7.5 million dollars. This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this solicitation is for the hand construction of fireline and fuel break. The units are located on the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest on the Red River Ranger District. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and supplies needed to perform the work. There are approximately 363 chains of fuel break and 348 chains of fireline construction. There is also an optional 80 chains of fuel break and fireline construction that may be awarded upon the Contracting Officer’s discretion. DATES: June 1, 2017 through October 31, 2017 See the attached Solicitation Package. EVALUATION FACTORS: Award will be made to the quoter whose quote, as determined by the Contracting Officer, provides the best value to the Government based on the following factors: price, past performance, and experience. -52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. -52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, addenda are included in attachment -52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items Quotes are due no later than Wednesday, May 24, 2017 4:30 PM PDT.
