Description

This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest in seeking: Small Businesses (SB); VA certified Service Disabled Veteran owned Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) small business concerns. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Your responses will be due by Monday, May 15, 2017, 4:00PM (EST) to the point of contact listed below. Scope of work - The Durham VA Medical Center has a requirement for MUSE v9 Server, R630 Server, HL7 Server, R630 Server, MUSE Test Server, R630 Server, 5 Hardware workstations, Clinical training. This procurement shall include: MUSE V9 software upgrade. 2U R630 Application/Database Server. Upgrade MUSE v8 to Enterprise MUSE V9 Stress Module Upgrade Holter Module Upgrade Enhanced ECG Editor Upgrade Client License upgrade HL7 Interface and Server 2U R630 HL7 Server HL7 Production License MUSE Test Environment ADT Module Orders Module ECG\Stress\Holter Texts Results Module Waveform Image Results Module Configuration Management CV Web 3.0 2U R630 Test Server MUSE Workstations Clinical Training on MUSE v9 Place of Performance - all work shall be completed at: DURHAM VAMC 508 FULTON STREET DURHAM, NC 27705 The appropriate NAICS Code 811219 and the small business size standard are $19.0. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
