Description
Government questions to be addressed in the Sources Sought submission Draft Statement of Work (SOW) The due date for any questions on this Source Sought Notice is Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 2:00pm EST and must be emailed to meredith.eaton@noaa.gov and ronald.banzon@noaa.gov with the subject line "Sources Sought Questions: IT Management Research, Analytic, & Consulting Services - NCNA2400-17-00049" Submissions to this Sources Sought Notice shall not exceed ten (10) pages in length (the page count does not include the table of contents, cover page, description of acronyms, resumes, and indexes). The contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) strategic research, analytic and consulting services presented in an objective manner and supporting several levels including executive level and subject matter levels. The contractor shall provide 24x7 access to a comprehensive database of research, subject matter experts, libraries of reports and IT studies, lessons learned, metrics, and bench marking data with global entities of similar environments. The contractor shall provide one-on-one advisory opportunities with experts in the domains covered by the Contractor's research. The contractor shall offer specialized IT consulting services. The contractor shall identify and evaluate emerging technologies, methodologies, and trends, and assist National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) organizations with mapping them to Federal, Departmental, Agency, Line Office, and Program strategic mission and business objectives to surmount business challenges. The contractor shall present recommendations that allow NOAA's Federal IT executives, managers, leaders, and practitioners to implement cost effective, sound, and industry proven IT strategies to support the NOAA mission and the needs of the American public. Place of Performance
Address: Research and general analysis will be performed at the Contractor’s facility. Most analyst calls will occur over the phone. Delivery of most analyst workshops will take place at the NOAA Silver Spring Campus at 1325 East West Highway, Silver Springs MD 20910, in the National Capital Region (NCR). However, it is possible that travel to a NOAA Field Office will be necessary.
