- The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, intends to issue a request for proposals for a firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contract for construction, repair, alteration, and renovation services to federally owned and leased facilities at Moore Air Base, 22675 N Moorefield Road, Edinburg, Texas. The task order limit will be $150,000, with a contract ceiling of $3 million. There will be a base period and two option periods--three years total. The NAICS code is 236210, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. The solicitation is set aside for HUBZone businesses only.
