- Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement to replenish NAVAIR Inventory of Electronics and Innovation, Ltd P/N 525LA Low Frequency Power Amplifiers in support of the NAVAIR METCAL program. The intention is to award this contract based on limted competition between Electronics and Innovation, LTD and their authorized distributors. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. These amplifiers are the only commercial item that is a form fit and functional replacement to the legacy model that was manufactured by Electronic Navigation Industries, Inc. which is no longer in business. The following factors will be used to evaluate the offers: (1) Technical - Brand Name Only. Alternative equipment is not acceptable; and (2) Price. Delivery will be f.o.b destination to NAWCAD Lakehurst, NJ. *** The Solicitation has been added as an attachment to this announcement.
