Description

Responses to Questions Regarding Solicitation # CC-GRTE022-18 a Concession Business Opportunity to Provide Boat Shuttle Service, Boat Tours, and Non-Motorized Boat Rentals within Grand Teton National Park, includes design drawings for East Dock This notice updates the prospectus issued on March 28, 2017, for a Concession Business Opportunity to Provide Boat Shuttle Service, Scenic Interpretive Boat Tours, and Non-Motorized Boat Rentals within Grand Teton National Park for Concession Contract CC-GRTE022-18, and provides responses to questions received regarding the same. See attached PDF document. The Prospectus and Reponses to Questions will be available at http://concessions.nps.gov/prospectuses.htm Hard copies will be available upon request for a printing cost recovery charge. The fee is $35.00 per copy to be delivered via Federal Express or $30.00 per copy if picked up in person. Persons interested in obtaining a Prospectus should mail, or bring in person, a check or money order made payable to the NPS. (Cash will not be accepted.) You must include a physical address (no post office box) and a telephone number to receive a Federal Express package. Contact the Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, National Park Service, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 or at telephone number (303) 969-2661, during business hours of 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any proposal, including that of the existing concessioner, must be received by the Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, National Park Service, 12795 West Alameda Parkway, Lakewood, Colorado 80228 by 4:00 p.m. MT on June 16, 2017 in order to be evaluated and considered for award of the Concession Contract. To receive amendments to this Prospectus, please provide Chief of Concessions, Intermountain Region, with your contact information (name, email address, and phone number) at Jennifer_Parker@nps.gov or 303-969-2661. The NPS will send any additional information specific to the Prospectus in writing, via email, to interested parties who request a hard copy of the Prospectus or who have been placed on the contact list. The contact list already includes the Existing Concessioner. Information relative to the solicitation will also be posted to the above mentioned website.
