- Tech Requirements RFP This solicitation is for the following: NONMENCLAUTURE: Electronic Components Assembly NSN: 5998-01-591-2293 Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged. This DLA solicitation and award will be distributed on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website. The URL for FBO is https://www.fbo.gov/. All proposals must be submitted to the contracting specialist listed on line 10 via electronic mail (e-mail) or through the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website by the closing time of this solicitation. Proposals will be priced for CLIN 0001. It is requested that quotes be valid for 120 days after the solicitation closing date. All proposals should include certified cost and pricing data.
