- SoW Procurement Type: Sources Sought Title: Mezzanine Office Space Classification Code: Y1AA NAICS: 236220 Prefabricated commercial building erection POC: Jack Baker Contract Administrator Phone (325) 654-5164 Description: This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and capability of businesses to provide the items described below. This notice is being posted for fact finding and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an invitation for Bid, a Request for Proposal, Solicitation, Request for Quote, or an indication the Government will contract for the items or services herein. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract, nor does the Government intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this source sought. Any response received will not be used as a quote. Your letter of interest and additional material which may include catalogue cut sheets, marketing materials, etc. may be submitted to jack.baker.4@us.af.mil. At this time, please do not submit any pricing information as it will not be evaluated. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice may be submitted via email to the above no later than 1630 CDT, 17 May 2017. Questions will be accepted via email only. Responses shall include: A. Company Name and Cage Code B. Mailing Address C. Point of Contact (to include phone/fax and e-mail) D. Web site, if applicable E. State if your company is registered in CCR under NAICS Code 337920. Additionally, please provide your company’s primary NAICS. F. State your firms business size and status (i.e. large, small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small, HubZone, Veteran owned, service-disabled veteran owned, or 8(a)) under NAICS 236220 G. Provide a description of your company’s ability to provide the products as outlined in the attached SoW or a system similar to the products listed below (i.e. that you believe your company can meet the government’s needs as stated in the description) to include ability to install.
