- SITE MAP PA135 SITE MAP PA056 Solicitation W15QKN-17-Q-1038, Additional Requirements Solicitation Number W15QKN-17-Q-1038 Combined Solicitation/Synopsis for: 561730 - Landscaping Services Grounds Maintenance Services, Pennsylvania This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; electronic quotes are requested. (i) The Solicitation Number is W15QKN-17-Q-1038. Additional requirements of this solicitation are attached. (ii) This acquisition is solicited as total small business set-side through the open market. The requirements will be fulfilled using Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 12. This associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 561730 with a size standard of $7,500,000.00. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. (iii) Description of services to be acquired: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey proposes to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order in support of the 99th Regional Support Command for Grounds Maintenance Services in Pennsylvania at following United States Army Reserve Centers (USARC): LTC Mark Phelan Memorial USARC located at 1135 Ranck Mill Road, Lancaster, PA 17602 and York Memorial USARC located 605 Arsenal Road York, PA 17402-2135. The acquisition is to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs and plants to present a clean, neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, tools, material, equipment, transportations, fuel and other items necessary to provide ground maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. (iv) Period of Performance: The period of performance for this requirement shall be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods from the date of purchase order award. Inspection and Acceptance: Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. FOB shall be at destination. (viii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
