The PWS will include for item 4.1.7: inspections to include operational all, and end of one year testing on new dampers. Inspection to occur no less than 10 days prior and no later than contract end date. 2. The PWS will include for item 5.0: Performance hours may occur outside of normal duty hour to include weekends. 3. Site Visit Sign in Sheet attached, see page two (2). 4. Question from Industry: Are there any incumbent contractors and has contract been awarded previously at the Miami VA? Response: There have been no contracts awarded or incumbent contractors for the work being requested.
