- J4 - Past Performance Questionnaire J3 - Wage Determination, NJ170039 J2 - Security Forces Appendix J1 - Schedule of Submittals FA448417R0016 Solicitation Document The 87th Contracting Squadron (87 CONS), Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) New Jersey, has a requirement for roll up door with man door installation. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to procure and install roll up doors at Building 148 on the Lakehurst location of JB MDL in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. This solicitation is a request for proposal and is issued as a 100% HUBZone set-aside under the NAICS code 238290 'Other Building Equipment Contractors' and the related Small Business Size Standard is $15 million. All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to transact business with the Government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the SAM may result in delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in SAM at the time of award. The entire solicitation is attached to this notice on the FedBizOpps website. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation should reference Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Award for preparation of proposals. A site visit will be conducted on 23 May 2017 at 9:30 AM EST. Contractors are required to submit an Entry Access List (EAL) request to 2d Lt Rose Eichenberger via email no later than 72 hours prior to the site visit.
