- The purpose of this RFI is to seek information in a new space-based space observation telescope supporting debris tracking in and around the GEO belt. Specifically, the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) is seeking information to understand: 1) the industrial base for space-based space observation telescopes and 2) the limits of current commercial technologies in this area.
