- Expression of Interest Sought: THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The Department of Veterans Affairs Muskogee OK seeks to lease a minimum of 440 on-site parking spaces near the building entrance of the Jack C Montgomery Veterans Consumer Based Outpatient Clinic in Muskogee OK. The space should be on a city bus route and near the interstate for accessibility. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider parking space within the delineated areas described below. There must be access to the leased space beyond routine office hours (before 8:00am/ after 4:30pm and on weekends). Offered space must comply with all Government requirements for fire safety, seismic and sustainability standards, and ADA code requirements per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Delineated Area: Space must be located within the boundaries of Muskogee Oklahoma. North boundary: Columbus Street South boundary: Border Avenue East boundary: South 32nd Street West boundary: South 54th Street Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00 pm Central Time, FRIDAY, May 19, 2017 and must include the following information: 1. Parking/Location name, address and location of the available space. 2. Amount of offered parking spaces, as well as an estimate of rental rate per parking space. 3. Building ownership information, Socio-economic size, if brokers or legal representatives, they must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property. 4.
