- This is a Presolicitation Notice for a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the ANBE Assessment Administration and Test Centers. The anticipated solicitation number for this RFQ is CC17HQQ0072. The anticipated solicitation release date is on or around May 24, 2017. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) anticipates conducting a competition under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 and 13.5. The OCC will seek full and open competition for this anticipated solicitation. The NAICS code is 611710 - Education Support Services. The size standard is $15 Million. The Product Service Code is U002 - Education/Training- Personnel Testing.
