- Solicitation attached Please fill out the solicitation (attached) completly, company quotes are optional but the SF 1449 Solicitation has to be filled out in its entirety. Specifications are below and also listed in the Soliciation. Specifications Universal Software Radio Peripheral Acquisition RVBXI requires eight Universal Software Radio Peripheral model X300s for ongoing ionospheric research projects. These projects require 200 MB/s recording rate which the USRP model X300 is rated for. To achieve this recording rate, reach USRP X300 needs a PCI express interface card. These USRPs must come with a universal power supply with United States style power plugs. Additionally RVBXI requires daughter cards compatible with the USRP X300 that that transmit and receive in the 1-30 MHz and the 200 to 500 MHz band. The BasicRX, BasicTX, and WBX daughter cards meet these specifications.
