- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-17-Q-0783. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. This RFQ is being advertised as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. NAICS Code is 334118. Size standard is 1000 employees. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items on a Firm Fixed Price basis. These items will be ordered utilizing seven (7) separate CLINs as shown below. Please provide quotes in the same manner. If shipping is included in the price of the item, please clearly indicate.
