- ***Notice to Offeror(r)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently availiable for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are availiable. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event that the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.*** THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $36.5M. Work consists of providing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, and disposal in order to locate both Bomb Wings' A&FRCs within the same office areas and provide the Central Post Office its allotted space in Building 527. This contract would involve the construction/modification of Building 527's floor plan and perform upgrades as necessary to make the building a complete and usable facility for the 509th/131st A&FRCs and the Central Post Office, along with associated functions. The work will include moving walls, upgrading entryways, relocating/rewiring utilities, and other typical renovations and finish work. This will be a firm fixed price contract. THIS CONTRACT WILL CONSIST OF A 395-DAY PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 25 May 2017 on the FedBizOpps posting system at https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Note: Although the Government is providing a link for the Interested Vendors List, the listing will not be used to notify Offerors of any amendments to the solicitation. It is the Offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for changes to the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense (DoD) System For Award Management (SAM) database prior to any contract award.
