- Q&A Matrix Amendment 0005 The purpose of Amendment 0005 to Solicitation W52P1J-16-R-0050 is to incorporate the following changes and recognitions: 1. Correct an administrative error that did not update the due date and time for proposals within the contract writing system. 2. Incorporate the updated version of the Section J, Attachment 0016 LOGAUTO Questions and Answers (Q&A) Matrix. 3. The Solicitation close date has been extended from May 10,2017, 8:00 a.m. Central Time to May 17, 2017, 8:00 a.m. Central Time. It is not the Government's intent to further extend the Solicitation close date. 4. The Government will not answer any newly submitted questions prior to the Solicitation close date of May 17, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. 5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and applicable.
