- The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of the the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Procurement (ODASA-P) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract extension modification for analytical, technical and functional engineering support services in support the Department of Defense (DoD) Standard Procurement System's (SPS) contract writing software known as Procurement Desktop-Defense (PD2). The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with Suntiva 7600 Leesburg Pike Ste 440e, Falls Church, VA 22043 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for proposals. Responsible parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 25 May 2017.
