Description

J & A Sole Source NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source contract to: Emerson Network Power, Liebert Services, Inc. 610 Executive Campus Dr. Westerville, OH 43082 Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(iii), "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements." This requirement is for maintenance of automatic/manual transfer switches and uninterruptable power supplies for MCIEAST Critical Network Facilities at 6 different locations (Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, NC; Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA; Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, SC; Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, SC; Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, NC; Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, SC; and Blount Island Command, Jacksonville, FL). See attached Sole Source Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition for Acquisitions of Commercial Items Pursuant to FAR 13.501. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M67001-17-Q-0023) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
