- Commissary Equipment Description (CED) for Personal Lift, One Person This solicitation is being issued as Unrestricted for Personal Lifts, One Person (FOB) Destination for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries in the CONUS and overseas locations of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. However, for overseas stores, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, the Contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment to the port. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The Request for Proposal will be posted on or about June 1, 2017. The solicitation will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this website. The PSC code is 3930 and the NAICS code is 333924 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency.
