- Description
- 1. The project includes the repair of the existing live fire trench line in a length of 100 m by replacement of the entire old wooden covering and structure in new concrete shell. 2. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. 3. The solicitation will be issued on or about 24 May 2017 with an anticipated closing date of approximately 26 June 2017. The solicitation will be posted at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 4. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 5. Work will be performed in Germany and the contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 6. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12) 7. Magnitude of project: between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 8. This project presently is subject to availability of funds.
