- NSWC INDIAN HEAD EOD TECHNOLOGY DIVISION (NSWC IHEODTD) intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Vision Research; 100 Dey Road, Wayne, NJ 07470 NSWC IHEODTD requires the procurement of services for Vision Research use for high-speed camera for imaging on numerous explosive and ballistic test projects. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System code (NAICS) is 333316 The FSC code is 6710. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
