- The Strategic Sourcing Acquisition Division (SSAD) of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Silver Spring, MD, on behalf of the Office of Chief Administrative Officer (OCAO), is conducting market research in an effort to identify all potential industry sources with the capabilities to provide a web based application that provides access to and use of comprehensive commercial real estate information. Said web based application would provide real estate values, conditions, and availability throughout the United States which will support NOAA in performing market analyses and budgetary estimates. Further, said real estate information will provide data regarding lease(s) and lease modeling results for comparison and projection purposes. This is not a Solicitation, this is a Request for Information only and does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future. Responses to this RFI are due no later than 3:00pm, May 24, 2017. Responses shall be sent via email to Chris Mackie, Contracting Officer, chris.mackie@noaa.gov.
