- Draft PWS dated 10 May 17 This is a synopsis for the requirement of Call Center Appointment Clerks for 374 MDSS. Description of the Work: This is a non-personal health care services contract. The contractor shall provide three (3) Call Center Medical Appointment Clerks at the 374th Medical Group, Yokota AB, Japan, The contractor shall answer incoming telephone calls and schedule patient appointments in the Composite Health Care System (CHCS)/Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) for primary care, specialty and subspecialty medical care. Two (2) contract employees out of three (3) will be required to work from (0700 - 1600) and one (1) contract employees will be required to work (0730 - 1630). Please refer to the attached draft PWS for the details. Note: SOFA/Logistic support will not be provided to clerks/other workers under the subject contract because SOFA is only applicable to a high-qualified or talented person(s) who cannot be replaced with any other person(s). Clerks/other workers under the subject contract do not fall in that category. If you have any questions, please contact the POC above.
