- SOLICITATION COVER LETTER The United States Mission to The Netherlands hereby issues a solicitation for Janitorial Services located at the Embassy of the United States of America in The Hague and one office building located in Amsterdam. Anticipated performance is for one base period and four one year periods at the option of the Government. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forth coming period. Major duties and responsibilities are to provide janitorial services for the U.S. Mission. System of Award Management (https://www.SAM.gov) registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time
