- The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, and The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform worship accompaniment as defined in this PWS except as specified in paragraph 3.0 as government furnished by USAG Humphreys on Camp Humphreys. Contractor must be able to process work hours into Wide- Area Workflow System for payment. Contractor may subcontracts services as needed i.e. Sub Contractor can work Catholic and Traditional; nevertheless ultimately responsible for providing or performing the service. The Contractor is responsible for reporting services completed of and payment to the sub-contractor.
