- Replacement/Upgrade of Monaco D-21 Alarm System - Sources Sought Document THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. The submission of requested information is for planning purposes to determine the availability of potential and eligible contractors for award of firm fixed price contract to replace/upgrade the current Monaco D-21 alarm system at Kadena AB. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor does the Government intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information. The Government will not reimburse contractors for any cost incurred for their participation in this Sources Sought. No solicitation and performance work statement will be available at this time; therefore, please do not request a copy of a solicitation. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor the site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. This is to identify potential offerors who can provide replacement/upgrade of current Monaco D-21 alarm system including dispatch consoles, servers, UPS systems, communications and miscellaneous components. Contract also requires furnishing and installing a D-21 Primary System at second location. All work must be done by a Monaco trained technician and only Monaco certified parts must be used.
