- RFP Amendment NAWCWD Badge Form SECNAV 5512 -2 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA is issuing amendment #3 to Request for Proposal (RFP) N68936-16-R-0029 Engineering Support Services (ESS)-VI. This amendment provides revises the Government response to Industry Question #38 in Amendment 01 of the RFP, and revises Section L-1, Part B, Volume 3, paragraph 3.3 to instruct all offerors to propose in accordance with the level of effort in Section L-1, Part B, Volume 3, paragraph 3.7.1 as if all work is to be conducted on-site at China Lake, CA. In addition, the Government is preparing an Industry Site Visit for potential SDVOSB offerors. Section L of the Request for Proposal incorporates by reference FAR Clause 52.237-1 Site Visit. NAWCWD Contracts has received a request for site visit of workspaces at China Lake, CA and Point Mugu, CA. In accordance with FAR 52.237-1 NAWCWD Contracts is preparing a general tour of facilities at these two locations. No access to Government or contractor employees will be permitted during the tour. SDVOSBs seeking to participate in this site visit event will need to submit the attached Form SECNAV_5512/1 to Joel.Ashworth@navy.mil no later than Tuesday May 16, 2017 to process your visitors badge for base access. Site Visits will be conducted at Point Mugu, CA Thursday May 25th and at China Lake, CA Friday May 26th with additional information to follow
