- Organizational Clothing - TFSATTB17Q0002 The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), is soliciting an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantitiy (IDIQ) quote for Organizational Clothing. Please review the enclosures and provide your quote via email to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov to the attention of T.Ashcroft/M.Gardner by not later than May 24, 2017 at 2:00pm EST. Please ensure that you propose in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions and Statement of Work (SOW). The Product firm-fixed-prices should be proposed for the 12-month base period - and each of the four (4) 12-month option periods of the IDIQ. Please submit any additional questions you may have to: purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 2:00pm, May 17, 2017.
